Praying Together in Lent
.
The above graphic caught my eye on the "Living Open Source"
blog, you can click the image to go there and see more.
Christian Aid has issued a diary based challenge for Lent called
"Count your Blessings" - you can download it below, why not take part,
learn more about the needs of others and help Christian Aid too.

The Diocese of Gloucester has again provided daily prayer notes
for use throughout Lent. The main use of these notes is for daily prayer
in Church but others are very welocme to use them at home.
There are two downloads available for download here,
the Leaders Notes and the Participants Notes.

Why not try to keep Lent well by adopting a threefold approach...
-
Prayer for the wellbeing of your soul
-
Fasting (or at least going without something)
for the wellbeing of your body.
-
Giving for the wellbeing of others.
Its not a bad lifestyle for all the year round but for Lent it really
makes sense - think about your lifestyle and for a few weeks
make a difference !
